Select SAFEMODE with NETWORKING 4. After computer is ON, visit website - housecall.trendmicro.com/start_corp.asp 5. Start the virus scan, scan and delete the viruses you found. Some time you might have to restart your computer, if required, do it! 6. Go to this site - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=321CD7A2-6A57-4C57-A8BD-DBF62EDA9671&displaylang=en 7. Install by clicking "Continue" and click install 8. Scan thru microsoft spyware. 9. Remove the files it found to be harmful 10. Restart your computer 11. Run the HIJACK this and post log again! and ill tell you the next step!
