Only in America, the cell phone provider lock the phone to prevent from smuggling outside the USA and I am soo surprised that, USA is much more behind in cell phone technology compare to Europe and Eastern Asian countries like Japan, Korea and Singapore. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EXACTLY....when i was there i was surprised to see their new stuffs...what is old for us is new for them....weird....
