I explain a verse of Geeta saying that you have to have peace of mind to have happiness, purified mind to have peace, wisdom to have purified mind, and control over sensual pleasure to have wisdom. In another word: Control over sensual pleasure cause wisdom, wisdom cause mental purity, mental purity cause peace of mind, and peace of mind cause happiness. I am emphasizing this point because it is contradictory to what most of the people think that the pleasure is happiness itself. PLEASURE IS OF COURSE PLEASENT but IT BRINGS TIDES IN MIND.
