About the picture: Look at the seat next to the king. It is empty. It is on the left to the king, and that is where the queen sits. Her jamara garland is the same as the king's. That is one more clue that the person doing the dhog is the queen. To greet elders with a dhog and that also during tika should not be a matter of such heavy criticism. The photo is a family affair. A nepali woman is doing a dhog to her husband. Her hand is raising his feet. His hand is on her head and that is a gesture which means you may rise; it is enough.
