The wait time to bring the spouse of a permanent resident is 3-4 years depending upon which service center you apply to. Your wife is not going to get a visa - not even a tourist visa right away. It will be impossible to get the tourist visa now if the consular office knows that you are married and you are already here. The only way to get U.S. visa sooner is to have your wife apply on her own khubility. The easiest will be if she gets admission to a reputable college/university and she applies for a student visa. It is a shame that the spouse of a student (F1 or J1 visa holder) or a spouse of a H1 visa holder has no problem entering the U.S. But a spouse of a permanent resident has to wait several years.l Good luck!
