I think if this somehow weakens the corrupt royal regime, we should go for it. About the non-emergency fund, if this is how the family survives, we can probably consider it the emergency fund and keep sending. I have not really done much research on it so unable to be very positive but it somehow seems like a good plan to threaten and oust the royals from the palace. Have had enough of them, specially Gyane, kick him out of palace! Treat him like Saddam.
