Hah.... the ladies way of dressing........My ckeeks would go red if I had seen her in front of my parents.I am not being conservative but as a Nepal that is my brought up.Please guys do not give lectures to me ok...Just a thought... I think the lady had other choices of dressing to be more confortable than that dress.Why make an issue?She knew that her dress would grab everybody's attentions in that party..Some people are alwayas trying to get other's attention which they cannot do by any other way rather than stuffs like this.I would really have problem if ladies go to beach on "Kurta Salwar".I would also have problem if any lady comes to any Nepali party by wearing bra and panty and saying "I feel comfortable on this"..."Mind your own business" That is really an indescent exposure..... Guys problem chaaina bhandaaima......I dont think anybody would make a presentation on your college or on Corporate world on other dresses besides formal. Was that a casual party....If it was.......She is ok From next time the Organizers should define their party---meaning what type of party is it.
