Hey iZen: I am glad that you brought the matter of suffering. To tell you the truth, pal, everyone is suffering. The point is someone exhibits his suffering, and someone just hide it under that illusive smile. From my personal experience, I try my best to transform my sufferings into creating outcome and force rather than being bitter with myself. I wish happiness end suffering- I wish it is as easy as it sound!!! I think try to make a virtue of your suffering is the ultimate solution of suffering....
