Not a win. Damn it. That's so simple. down 20-13, a Td = 6 pts so the score is 20-19. An extra point fg = 1pt, so the score is 20-20. ANd pats would still have some time left (29 seconds or so). By the way THE ERROR had occured at the BEginning of 4th quarter and not at the end. The game would have beeen played slightly different if there had been NO TIME KEEPING errors.
