come on !!! Walking is good for health, it burns more calories and fat and it keep your legs strong and mind fresh!!! Don't you all wish you could walk too. I wish I could walk and that is why I go walking in the park four times a week so I can stay slim and fit. Too bad I do not get any flawers and lots of greetings from the people and traffic does not care about me and I do not have security with me, but my ipod!!! So let us go for walking at least a few miles per week so we can stay healthy too. Walking is Good for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it is good for king too since he is packing some extra punds!! which could fewer his age!!! go walking !!!!! go walking !!!!! go walking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
