I am glad to see this discussion; This is the root cause of Nepal's situation now. I'd like to comment on nepaltrue's statement that there is no real hiring and firing law; Actually there is, You see that everytime government changes (which happen about 50 times in last 15 years) Nepal's government (past and present) is corruption organization, the higher you go, bigger the curruption........Yes dhoti prasad King counts as well. We are in the same situation as many African countries, who are plagued by currupt politicians, who thin country is their real estate and they squeeze every bit of blood poor nepali citizens.
