Sukul Gunda, the processing fee is the fee you are paying them to look at your application. It's non-refundable whether an application will be successful or not. The right of landing fee is the fee you pay, basically, when you land here (probably they are charging to update your records or whatever). therefore, it is applicable only for successful applications. in a situation where the applicant had already paid the "landing" fees at the time of applying but his application becomes unsuccessful, the right of landing fees are reimbursed. so it (the landing fee) can be paid at the time of submission of application or at the time of landing into canada. if you pay it now, you save some time at the end when your application is approved and you are asked for this fee. in your case, sukul gunda, i recommend you pay this at the beginning because your application almost certainly will be approved. to possibly avoid another question, let me give another example too. if you are applying for yourself, your spouse and kids, then your application fees would be for just ONE application; however, the "landing" fees would be for each of the person (465 bucks * num of persons).
