It is fact that there wont be peace in Nepal anymore. it is unfortunate, but we have to admit that Nepal is one of the most violent countries on the earch at this moment. About calling it a "civil war", I dont think it has gone that far yet. Even though maoist leaders have successfully triggered poor Nepali people to join them based on their social status, however, I dont think it is the main issue right now. It is also true that it wont take that long if the situation goes like this.
