First, I went to CDO office to apply my Nepali citizenship, they told me it takes 3 weeks. I went after 3 weeks, and they said they did not find my application and documents. Second time, I went CDO office to inquiry my Citizenship ID. Nobody interest on me. I saw couple of Dothi Indians were coming out from CDO office with holding Nepali Citizenships ID in their hands. Third time, I gave them $4,000 and they did not say anything. They told me to sign on ID that's all. It is very easy if you gave them bribery. They even do not need your birth certificates and other document. They just stamped and signed and give you Nepali citizenships.
