I do not how true is this. But there are always some bad apples. The other fact is people are matured enough to decide. I do not htink people over 18 allowed in the clubs. The choices they make now will bring future consequences. Having said that, I do not think there is any problem in having sex as long as both the partners are faithful to each others.
