Did googling.... "canadian theses" to find this as shown below. If Masters degree thesis was completed in 1993, it emans he has to serve 7 years.. but looks like he didn;t, went back to Canada without fulfilling 7 year bond, and the phd completion was in 1999. That 2001 shown is not correct, the pdf thesis says 1999 was the year of completion. Dos any one know about this Sir?
