Majority are african american people, and there are tourists too....Latest update says fires have been shot and people are mugged and raped.....very few people know that the vicinity of new orleans around french quarter area is more dangerous than the suburbs of DC and detroit.... it has been a very pronounced sanctuary over the years for dope peddlers, drug lords, muderers, rapists and prostitutes. There has been an absolute anarchy in N'orleans.....further fueled by those bad elements. Just praying for the humble souls who are trapped there along with some animals. shall blow a trumpet if the troops arrive for aid.
