Cyber forums come with it's own limitation and users/visitors are expected to use appropriate discretion. Those who fail to use discretion get bewildered and leave and those who succeed survive. That's how it is. So call for sanity, restraint, good will in cyber forum is USELESS. It is even useless to advise discretion. Because every adult user are expected to know it before using the net. If they do not know, they are going to find out it themselves in no time anyway. So discretionary advice too is redundant.
