Shiva_Shakti, As far as i know, once a person is out-of-status(F-1), it is impossible for him/her to join the university again. In your case, you might wanna go back to Nepal and apply for student visa one more time but as you've already broken the laws of the United States Goverment, your chance of getting approval is very very low...You might wanna talk to a lawyer about this before taking any further steps!!
