uuhh.. goredai, dont you think saying "what a bitch" is a show of the resentment the guy feel towards the girl. She at least smiled and talked to the guy (though she was distant). But the guy would have been telling all his friends how the "bitch" lost a good oppurtunity and all tht. Who do u think is better?
