This is simply insane. Along with this, Bali Pratha should also be banned. Everytime I go to Dashkinkali or Bhadrakali while in ktm, I always come across these cruel acts. They grab the goat's neck or chicken's neck and then just cut little bit of it so that they can get a good flow of blood to sacrifice to God and Goddess. I dont think God appreciates this at all. I have seen on video how Daniel Pearl was killed and it was exactly like this. Only the thing that was different was, he was blind folded.
