Girija is against kg's absolute monarchy but he wants to start koirala dynasty in NC. He wants to plant his daughter as his heir. And his daughter is the one among those who are most responsible for democracy's this day. Even if they disagreed with Gagan's proposal, why was he not allowed to submit it for discussion? Why are NC and its sister organizations afraid of internal democracy of organization? If they have "proof" of Gagan being royal pawn ( I don't believe, let me clear my personal view), why are they afraid of countering it in floor, discussing and defeating him by democratic means? NC establishment is afraid of new ideas and new leaders. NC is living on interest of its 2007 success, but that interest is already finished. Country needs new democratic party now.
