H Hello Again, I noticed this string of postings and wanted to insert my opinions and thoughts regarding the green card lottery. Firstly, with regard to the selection process, the US State Department provides the Lottery NOT TO GET CHEAP LABOR but rather to increase diversity in the US Population from countries that do not send many immigrants to the US. SO what this means is that people from countries like Russia, China, Mexico, India, Pakistan which have over 5000 immigrants each to the US per year - well, they are not eligible for the Green Card Lottery. But a country such as Nepal IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE GREEN CARD LOTTERY because it is under-represented in the immigration statistics. The US gives equal weight to an applicant from the same country and region regardless of whether they applied within the US or outside the US. I hope this helps... :) You can visit our Green Card Lottery website at www.EasyVisaUSA.com for more information but pretty much I covered it all here. Also, I noticed the mention of the people living in Nepal that cannot afford an airplane ticket - well we pay for a ticket to the US if you win the Green Card... (that is for people that use our service not just anyone) because we understand that moving to a new country is way expensive. So you pay for the service but if you win you get a free ticket to the US which is not a bad thing. :) Team EVU www.EasyVisaUSA.com
