ABSOLUTELY! Human beings have full of Desire. Without desire there would probably be nothing. Desire creates factory, career, building, automobiles, airplanes, spacecraft, as well as sensuality, love making, love, passion and future generation. The core Desire of human being's deep underneath is to EXPAND. Learning to really study your own innerself, not just study casually, but studying in deep state via Meditation allows you to see where your desire is coming from, and once you see where your Desire is coming from, you will be able to use your own Desire to really EXPAND yourself, meaning, you will be able to do well in your career, earn more money, have more friends and have better relation with them as well as your family, travel to many places, live longer, enjoy each moment of life with full experience, and so on. Once, you see the source, you will quit smoking or any habit that is not benefitting your body because to EXPAND you will need a good body, a healthy body. It is possible to get to be in that beautiful moment; it is just matter of practicing, and seeing and experiencing the TRUTH about the self via Meditation.
