The purpose of the session is Ultimate Relaxation and Enjoyment! Wear comfotable clothes. You can bring a folding chair, which does not cost much, or something to sit on while meditating if not you can sit on grass. The session is for 1hr. 5-10 minutes message session 20 -25 minutes meditation with Guidance from Meditation Master 30 (Possible song and dance) The session is going to start exactly at 5pm! Session is Absolutely FREE! You can bring a bottle of water for your thirst and a flower (optional) to enhance the meditation. Meditation has been proven by Scientits to be Beneficail to Human Beings. - http://www.chakrapath.com/benefit.htm has information about Scientific Research This Session is modern and maybe NEW to a lot of people, but keep an open mind, come participate and have FUN, and don't think it is all serious matter. You are allowed to laugh out loud if you find something funny during meditation, and people have been doing that during the session.
