Hulaki bro, Bar very very few (obviously), no one here in US is celebrating the arrival of Kunda Dixit. I certainly have not had chance to read the report, let alone listen to the 'minute' memorandum of the event. Ali ali herya ho yehi sajha ma tara purai padya chaina) To think Nepalese in US were celebrating on his arrival would be like saying Nepalese celebrating Id (With due respect to Nepalese Muslims, please note, it is used as a metaphor.) It is just some genuinely interested folks who want to interact with someone of knowledge AND LIMELIGHT in journalist circle, from back home, AND some who merely want to be with some one of notice back home, possibly to be in the loop of 'ma-pani- chu- hai- cirlce', so to speak; to be on the intellectual side of the things and build their portfolio. I do know in detail about Kunda Dixit's credentials, but I do know as much as any next person, who is remotely interested in brainstorming, that Dixit brothers, it appears have plenty of clout, be it with his 'inherited' wealth, or his journalistic credentials. They certainly seem to have sound credentials, but the 'wealth' certainly made it easier. Oh it did. :).
