IBM and Microsoft in Kathmandu???

This is no secrete that we (Nepalis) are missing the multi-billion dollor business opportunity. The hi-tech industry needs the least infrastructure to setup. We are not devoid of talents. There are so many educational institutes opened up in the recent past. And surely, quality comes with quantity. If Indians and Chinese can tap that business, why not us? The hi-techies in Nepal are mostly surviving by engaging themself in profession like teaching (the hi-tech). There is no end consumption of this huge mass. Recently, it was posted that some colleges are shutting down their hi-tech education. Is not this a set back in the long run? Pheri
