none of your exercises (situps/pushus/crunches) and lifting weight gonna help u reduce fats in the areas u mentioned.
first why do not u try running 5 miles a day. that would be a start. then go to the gym and try rowing[its a leg muscle exercise i.e. thigh and calf]. do this for a month and let me know. after that you need to pay me for more advices (o:
