I have been using himtel since I remeber buying calling cards.. around 1998/1999.. i do not know when.. but they have been good.. Slightly expensive 20-28cents/min.. but quality has always been there.. .... but its my experience.. others as yourself might have been disappointed PS. you can always dispute the chage on your card.. [ you have 2 billing cycles to dispute it .. i assume you are using credit card...]
