I recently came back from Nepal and here's what i did: - went to Nabil Bank at Maharajgunj/Chakrapath(???) for the visa application - cost $100 for the visa application - Two 2*2 pictures - took me a week for an appointment (may take upto 2 weeks) - H1b approval notice from INS (I 797???) - Letter from company stating your employment - Recent pay stubs - W2 of 2004 good luck..........
