I still suspect, if it's Giri's trick to divert people's attention from something to this balcklist case...... I thik it's well-orchestrated and information released to journalists as a bait to heat up talks in the town. Looks like something strange or big again gonna happen in Nepal.. looks like they are planning something inside.. and just to engage public and journalists in non sense things, they are feeding them these information.
