No...no...no, Its is too bad idea to stay in USA illegally. Bad for him and bad for every Nepali. Why does he want to live in USA without proper documents...without social security number. It is very risky for him and his family. Please don't do that. But encourage him to join a college and get student visa which allows him to get the social security number. Again, do't do that. he will regret and cry some day. A sincere advice from a Nepali.
