Well my words of thanks to you all (specially to aknwarji) for your diverse responses. Aknwar, you are absolutely right to mention that you need not to be 45-50 years old with thick glassses over your nose. If you are smart enough and really determined then you can get into PhD program right after your undergrad (that means at the age of about 21). Just to remind you, Dr. Watson (who proposed the double strandad helical structure of DNA) had his PhD when he was just 21! (roughly about 45-50 years ago!!). I am associated with the center for lung biology ( cardio-pulmonary) and my research areas include endothelial cell biology especially endothelial cell gap formation, cell migration and angiogenesis and its implication in spread/metastasis of cancer. I felt really excited about your area of research (neuobiology) i would love to work on vascular biology/pathology part of Neurobiology!!. Could u share with me what specific project ur working with now? If i correctly remember, i guess ur also from Biratnagar right!! Rythm, how is ur studies and life there! I hope ur enjoying there. talk to u later. take care. Nut
