Yeah i have already join the college but my class will be start from September. You are not late, you will get 60 days provision period to be in status. I am 100% positive that there is a seperate H1B quatos for Non-profit organization. You may want to talk with your manager about this, just tell him that they dont have to do anything beside providing me some information about the company. This is a chance, you should grab it once you are in H1B, the good thing about having H1B + experiance= Extra $$$ and we dont have to be full time F1. All the BEST
