Wiz bro, I was working in this bank, and then I posted my resume on hotjobs. This company contacted me, and everything fell in to place. I am more or less satisfied, but it would not hurt if they can place us in some finer companies. Perhaps expecting too much. Oh... well. That guy though was rather hurried when explaining to me about the percentage factor about the paycheck. Just be warned. Doesn't hurt. I totally agree with you that first priority is "getting in". Then it is primarily a matter of your own hard work and your luck.
