Dear Political leaders, Your activities provided fertile soil to germinate Maoists and help king to assume executive power. 2046 was not a transition from Rana monopoly to Democracy, to take long time to establish the Democratic Norms. Panchayeti system had more Democracy in it than autocracy, and 2046 was transition from partial Democracy to the full Democracy. So, 14 years were more than enough time to do something sensible, at least to assure people that we are moving in the right direction. Regrettably just opposite happened. You cause Maoists to born and grow and give ground to the king to take over. So it is not wisdom to blame only to the king for demolishing democracy from the country. King and you both are equally responsible for the assassination of democracy. Have little shame to be on the street scolding and abusing king, but not taking any responsibility yourself. You are stuck to your leadership like a small iron ball in a strong magnet and your leadership has become your begging bowl. You have begged enough by the name of democracy and people. You made democracy and people as a ladder to get the glorious chair. Once you got it you left them. Have little shame to call upon people now. Isn't this great selfishness? What to talk about your ego! You feel you are not a general human. You have some extra quality that's why you are leader and others are follower. Don't blame me that I am accusing you. Test yourself! It hurts you when someone ignores you and disrespects you right? That is the proof. It is true for many people but your grief is bigger. You fly when people praise you, don't you? Those people, who come to salute you and praise you, are poor greedy souls, want something from you. So don't leave the ground when those selfish praise you. Count me on; you are still a human being. I can understand leadership gives glory but if that glory makes other cry, what that glory is for? Most of the people whom you don't know are abusing you. Why? Because you betrayed them! For you, to lie is not a big deal to accomplish your interest, because you don't give importance to morality. However it really hurts when you count on someone and s/he smashes your faith. Perhaps you may not understand this, so let's escape this for now. I request you to sacrifice the leadership and go back to the curtain. Country needs your experience, serve the nation anonymously. This will be the greatest sacrifice on your part. Nature has programmed people such a way that nobody likes the possessive people, but those who sacrifice for other, have always been worshipped. I know you are very cleaver of words. Don't play a logical game of argument with me saying that leadership is a sacrifice itself. By the way, I am not good at arguments. However, I know something which is very true, that is, real leaders sacrifice their family, friends and livelihood to give service to the nation. An ideal leader always thinks he is a servant of the people. However, you have developed yourself such a way that you think you are the master of the people. We have already seen that you don?t have a quality of an ideal leader. So, abandoning leadership will be a real sacrifice of you. Sacrifice word itself means that you have to leave something dear to you, for better of many. Isn't leadership dear to you? Many people wants you to abandon it for the nation's shake. We have already seen what you could offer. Now this is the time to serve the country differently. You need to be back off and give a new leadership a chance. Help the new leadership as per your capacity and let them lead freely. I know new leaders are growing in the tradition of mercy and favoritism of their godfathers. They dear not to challenge you because poor them! have never experienced democracy inside the party. Isn't it a pity to say so? I believe first revolution need to be inside the parties to destroy the autocratic leaders like you. Enough! We are enough ruled by autocratic minds by the slogan of democracy. You have to start democratic practice inside your parties and extend it to the country level. If you demonstrate democracy inside your party, you don't have to give speeches, you don't have to advertise that you are democratic and you care for people. Sooner or later you will be recognized.
