In 1990, Un-scientific, corrupted and deep beaurocracy as well as autocracy political system called Panchayat system of Nepal. Surya Bahadur Thapa was the prime-minister of Nepal. He directly order to arrest, torture and kill innocent students, village people, factories workers, teachers, farmers and civilians. He is murderer and criminal. He supports to be in jail since 1990. But it is not happening. Why? Instead of giving punishment, Surya Bahadur Thapa received couple times trophy and medals. He walks and talks like a king of the Nepal. He is enjoying his life in lavish way in Nepal. If government of Nepal does not punish him, Nepalese people have to punish him.
