As it is, the government mouthpiece "gorkhapatra" have already declared rally attenders as "rastrabirodhi". I hope their families will not be persecuted back home. I hope they are not going to Nepal any time soon because they might get nabbed right at the Tribhuvan Bimansthal. You never know in the dictatorship.
