I don't understand the theory of DV visa. They are giving lottery all sorts of people from Nepal, but how about people who are already here?? I mean, i have heard that some people who get the DV can't even afford the tickets so isn't that a waste!!! I remember a guy who won the DV lottery and is living as homeless in San Francisco. SAD very SAD. I wish they would just give it to people who are already here in the US.
