What if one receives the pre-approval? There are two scenerios, 1) :> If one files through the premium process, he or she might be able to receives the pre-approval or denial within 15-20 days. 2) :> If one files through the regular process , it might take anywhere from 3-6 months. My concern is, if one get the pre-approval, is it safe not to enroll at school or regardless it has to be enrolled at school, until one gets actual H1.
