John_Galt ji - Thoroughly enjoyed your well-written, very readable story about your encounters with the Koirala family spanning 30+ years. I am NOT a FAN of Koiralas esp.. . yes....you guessed it right... Girija babu - he is too ambitious for his own good - and his cohorts - some very very corrupt and too many just inept. But I have heard great things about BP Koirala esp, as you put it, how he carried himself. His confidence in himself was supposed to be legendary. I have been meaning to read his autobiography but have not been able to do so. I find it interesting that two giants of modern Nepali politics i.e. BP Koirala and King M met and dueled each other instead of say with King G or with Girija babu respectively. Talking about that beautiful Manisha Koirala, the last time I heard about her was that she was attending New York University, probably the Tische School of Arts, whose famous but not yet legendary alumni include M. Night Shyamalan, Adam Sandler, Jennifer Garner to name a few. She is supposed to be dating some black dude and hanging out in places like Limelight [my guess is that news is old]. What I am trying to say here is that she has moved on from Nana Patekar :).
