Get a wireless router, wireless card (if you laptop doesnot have it) connect DSL/cable to the wireless router. if belkin goto 192.168.1.1 add ssid and if you want to protect your wireless connection, do the encryption either 64 or 128 bit. refresh the router. plug in the wireless card in your laptop, if you dont have integrated one. install the card. and then go to network connection. click view available wireless connection. it will show the ssid you gave to your connection and probably bunch of others if you have many wireless user around. select the one you own, put your ssid and your encryption key. bam you are now mobile. and you can use anywhere .. bedroom, kitchen, basement, front yard, back yard, bathroom and yup also while taking shower.
