How to gain weight ? I want to be fat.

for u from ruina sissy :) any food can make u fat if u eat enough of it.a net excess of energy is almost all stored in the body fat in fat tissue. fat,as opposed to carbohydrate or protein ,from food is especially easy for the body to store as fat tissue. .protein is not stored in body except in response to excercise ,it is present only as working tissue .excess protein is converted to fat and stored . .alcohol both delivers calories and encourage storage of body fat. .too little physical activity encourage body fat accumulation. the truth is that human body is not infinitely malleable...few overweight people will ever become rail-thin ,even with right diet,excercise habit,and behaviours .likewise most underweight people will remain on the slim side even after putting on some hefty. . beyond issue of style ,people who are overweight may have major health concerns,for them the benefit of weight loss are clear.fewer heart attacks,fewer strokes,less cancer,less diabetes and a greater chance at longer life than otherwise would be expected. soo think abt it!healthy body,healthy mind....
