new user broda, here r my suggestions :
1) Tanna khanus, khaane bittikai sutnus.
Affects: Since u won't be doing any activity while sleeping, no calories burn so u must gain weight.
2) Khaane tie fluctuate garnus, don't eat at schedules time.
Affects: Body tries to adjust with that and would be confused when to expect food, in that confusion, it starts storing the energy and will release less energy and stores more.
3) Drink a lot of beer
Affects: The carb in beer will definately make u fat.
4) Go to McDonalds every day.
Affects: C "super sized me" documentary movie. (testai kehi bhanchan hola)
5) Don't drink water of juice, drink pops and sodas, but no diet.
Affects: Water cleans wastes in ur body while pops and sodas adds sugar in ur body. Sugar is energy, to much energy body cannot burn and will store and will sure make u look fat (if fat is better).
I hope this works for u, if it doesn't then lemme know, i will give u some more tips to get fat kya.
