Prem Dai, I don't wants to discuss about we is right and how many % right coz it looks like getting mess here. I reason i wrote like this way is Dhoti Prasad was telling you are totally wrong in this matter. I am not trying to say that I am 100% right.........but each and every case for immigration is different. You have mentioned that "Even Murderers/terrorists are coming to Canada through this channel. Not once, again and again same person came back to Canada, although he was deported. That's Canada... BLAME CANADA as in SOUTH PARK." One of my friends applied for Canadian permanent residence and they ask him second time FBI reports and local police department police report. FBI reoprts was good but local police department reports says he had one time DWI voilation and they denied his case. If murderers and terrorists can go Canana again and again........how come they denied his case??? That's why i already mentioned that each and every immigration case is different. May be few murders and terrorists went to Canada but not all the terrorists can enter the Canada..........terrorists entered US too (people who supported for 9/11 they are not US citizenship........somehow they entered US.
