Doti Prasad,
Prem Dai is not totally wrong and if you wanted to know.....best of my knowledge he is some where 85% right. Doti prasad what do you know about Canada? I think you have a permanent residence of Canada but still you live in US. Over all Canada is not bad place to live and work.
If you have Masters degree from anywhere plus 1-2 years of experience with good status (no criminal record or if you came to F-1 at US then you have to have F-1 or H1B or no status voilation), you may qualify for Canadian permanent residence.
What they need? You can get all the information from www.cic.gc.ca, here are the short list of what you need?
1. Application form (you can download from website or you can get it from any Canadian embassy in US.
2. All your school and college documents
3. Application fee
4. Police reports from Nepal
5. FBI finger print
6. If you have work experience then experience letter
Wel-wisher,
Sagun
