Suppose the women (/wife) rejects the divorce papers, then what happens? I remember a case in Israel, the husband was jailed for 27 years or more for just rejecting to divorce his wife. Accroding to Jews religion, if husband does not volunterily release his wife, the marriage can not end up as a divorce. What happens in Nepal or US, if women rejects the divorce? I am sure the husband, who has affair with other women, will suffer a lot, because he might be hurrying to marry the other girl? If the woman goes back to Nepal without signing on the divorce and stays there for long time? I am sure the husband will crawl, because the other woman will ask him to speed up the divorce... this what happens.... GP
