I don't disagree that most of the judges are corrupt in Nepal. But this corruption scandal in Nepal is not because of good governance but because of personal conflict between judge and CDO of that district. This is an open truth that corruption in judiciary of Nepal is deeply rooted and it can't be rooted out easily. Unfortunately Mr. Karna became the scapegoat at this time. The lesson of this corruption scandal is "never mess with CDO when there is an emergency situation in a country"
