Yes! Later in this century, WATER is next OIL and developed countries including EUROPE, AMERICA will be out to get it either way.. This is why we can forsee a long term commitment by big companies to loan NEPAL on water resources..... ..sorry, have not got the book yet...Hopefully there are folks who already read this book..
