first of all dude "standforyourrights", mind your language... we are here to discuss and express our views.. not to call each other names.. and about that aritcle about simon tisdall --- he is just a columnist for crying out loud... if you believe in everything that he writes then that's your problem.... but i seriously dont buy that crap.. and kate allen-- did she actually went out in the streets of nepal and asked the general public-- i mean the roadside vendors.. the low wage workers...cobblers, carpenters, school teachers.. the students... et al..??????? and who were in these rallies that the army had to break up---not the ordinary citzens of nepal... party affiliated students, politicians.. yeah if i was the king i would have treaded them with a tank and not even look back... why would you worry about india's views over nepal.. India has its own motives behind all these worryings... and they honestly dont give a crap about restoring peace in nepal.. america-- they have lost that credibility of being an ideal nation by going into war with iraq for WMD's that was never there.... enuff said la ....
